Acolyte_Germ
Hey all, I have recently got my OSx86 install working and decided that I wanted to install WoW. I have installed and updated to the most recent patch and whenever I go to run it, it launches but the screen just goes black and the music plays in the background. I have tried EFIStudio off NVinstaller.com but it still doesn't work. I am running a 10.5.3 on a Gigabye GA-P35-DS3P with a Galaxy 8600GTS 256MB. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers. NeoTron
Most likely you have more than one video output on your card and it's using one different from the main display. When I had this issue (not in WoW though but other 3D apps), I simply moved the DVI output to the other connection and it all worked as expected. Acolyte_Germ
Ahh k, yea I do, cheers. However, how do you mean move the output? is there a setting or did you physically plug the monitor into the other port?
