boobminks
Everything works like it should to point the installer is extracting the files. After some time the installer is stopping running the install scripts. The system don't freeze - it's hanging in an idle mode. I can still switch between the installer and the log file. Have a look to the attached screen shot. I made different virtual hard drives - still the same issue. The issue is still the same no matter, if I use a slow burned (4x) real DVD on real drive or the iaktos image with DeamonTools. The vmware configuration is working with an other 10.4.10 Tiger very well. Any hints how to slove it? Maybe its an issue of VMware itself? VMware Workstation: 6.0.4 / (6.0.2 the same) iatkos v4i (Leopard 10.5.4) - checked - has the right md5 hash DeamonTools 4.12.4 host system: Win XP SP3 ASUSP5Q3 / E8500 / Pioneer DVD-R BTW. Installing this iatkos release for real gives the "immediate dependencies" error - maybe this is related to the new p45 chipset.
