Recentally (2 days ago ) I decided to invest in a new Computer (A Gateway M-6843 Notebook) I have about 50% of things working with it! My Current Status: USB Mouse: [Working] Trackpad: [Working] Intel GM956(128mb) Intergrated Graphics: [Working] Just needed this and all worked Intergrated Keyboard: [Not Working] Sigmatel Audio (Its 9205): [Working] For anyone with this roblem the fix is here I am running a Kalway 10.5.2 Install DVD, and have core 2 Duo Processor Any and all help is appreciated, and have already serached the forums and after almost 6 hours of not getting any of these to work, THisis my last resort before deleting OS X and going all vista :[ And if i can get all to work i will update the WiKi With my COmputer and link to all help files Thx sooo much in advance, -Dan [Zeldakid1227] Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/116494-need-helpgateway-6843my-new-hackbook-90-working/ Share on other sites More sharing options...

mac_maestro Posted July 19, 2008 Share Posted July 19, 2008 Hey Zelda kid For the keyboard problem, try the pcgenusb fix: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=28559 For your video probs, try downloading the Leopard Graphics update from apple.com and see if that helps. I know I needed that update to get QE/CI working. You might want to use pacifist to extract just the video drivers you need. As always, be sure to back up before doing any updates... I use Hatchery_H1 to clone, and then osx86 tools to install the EFI (chameleon) bootloader.
