Hi everyone, i have downloaded iAtkos v.10i and i have burned the .iso to a disc; modified my BIOS to boot from CD; booted up the iAtkos CD and then disaster strikes !!

I can only get as far as :

1) a series of processes on screen with (grey/white) apple logo in background with a message ordering me to reboot my PC in multiple languages.

OR

2) the same series of processes without the said Apple logo & reboot message. The processes just stay the same (even after 3 hours), nothing changes...

What could be stopping the install from working ?

Thanks, DG

system info:

Dell Inspiron 9300

Windows XP Pro. (SP3)

80Gb HD

1Gb RAM

ATI Mobility Radeon X300 (Graphics Card)

Intel Pentium M Processor 1.73Ghz.

Hey! thats cool cuz i am using my 9300 with the same graphics card and same ram right now WITH LEOPARD. I used iatkos v7 (10.5.7) and it worked after a couple tries. if i were you i would make sure you are using the correct drivers. I used:

the broadcom bcm440x (wireless or wired i forget) patch

the sata patch

chameleon 2

voodoo 9.7

apple ps2 drivers or voodoo drivers (without trackpad)

souncard doesnt work (yet)

I think there are others. Also, make sure you choose the correct hd one. i didnt at first. if you boot up (from hd) and it keeps spinning, try booting (from hd) in -v mode. if it says waiting for root device you might have not selected the right hdd configuration. I do not know if you need the same install disk, cuz yours is farther down i think ur ok. well yeah post if you have problems. OH and make sure u dont reinstall everything everytime cuz it takes forever. if you de-select everything except the right driver (i mean everything) it will ADD those drivers to your already installed system.
