SMC?

I get those repeating in the Console log, I have narrowed down that that is the time my machine last experienced kernal panic.

 

How do I solve this?

Did you find a solution to this issue? I have the identical problem. Panics probably once every 1-2 days randomly.

 

NVidia 7600GT

4GB RAM

Gigabyte EP35-DS3L

I'm not positive these messages are a result of the panic, but they seem to occur around the same time.

I need a solution as well. I have the exact same problem. Panics once every 1-2 days randomly accompanied with a loud screeching noise coming out of the speakers

NVidia 9800GT 1GB (Palit)

8GB RAM

The Console would be filled with the following line:
