n1neb4ll Posted July 17, 2008 Share Posted July 17, 2008 I have been using my hackintosh for a while but now I think it's time to remove it as I need my harddrive space back and I will be getting a mac sometime in the future anyways. Does anyone know the easiest way to go back to just windows? Should I use a program like partition magic and then use the XP cd to recover? What I did was i install iatkos v7, pick the chamelion bootloader ver2 ( the latest) do not pick the old one. After you install the i atkos you set the lang.,internet.etc. when its done you will see the screen that shows the word press any key for the start up option. (Press any key) i dont know how many hard drives you have but mine is 4. choose the very first one at the left screen (thats the recovery mode) then press enter.
