Snefr
Hi guys! I have a laptop with a Pentium 4 ht Northwood 478 sse2 (P4 3GHz HT, it's an acer travelmate) and XP-Ubuntu (over grub) dual boot and I wanted to try to install kalway. On gParted i've setted up a 15 GB primary partition (not partitioned), and this operation took a while... Then I've restarted the pc with the kalway dvd ( KALYWAY_LEO_10.5.1intel_SSE2_SSE3.zip, the iso inside it), and waited the loading of the darwin... after 5 min circa, the pc reboots and starts from the beginning... the darwin loads and then reboots again... over and over... I don't know what to do, I've tested the dvd in my office on a AMD pc and it worked (i'v tried to get into the installation wizard) even if the dvd is intel only labeled... Can Someone help me? thanks in advance Sorry for my bad English Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/116185-reboot-on-darwin-with-kalyway-leo-1051-ubuntu-and-winxp/ Share on other sites
kytzu
use jas 10.4.8 tiger dvd for sse2 or wait for jas 10.5.3 if you want leo Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/116185-reboot-on-darwin-with-kalyway-leo-1051-ubuntu-and-winxp/#findComment-822616 Share on other sites
