tims4789 Posted July 17, 2008 Share Posted July 17, 2008 When I get my Macbook Pro in a few months I'm definitely going to get an extended warranty. If I get Applecare, in 3 years when it runs out can I renew it? If I'm dropping 3k on a computer I want it to work for around 5 years. If I go in to a Bestbuy and buy one there, their replacement plan is $450 or something like that but you can renew it when it runs out and it covers accidental damage. Whats everyone's opinion on this? BTW: I'm getting the 17" MBP.
