Posted July 15, 2008 Share Posted July 15, 2008 I've customised my dell xps 420 with an X1900XT radeon but the thing won't shutdown without netkas's shutdown kernel so when i update i must revert back for shutdown. I'm going to build another computer in an apple case for osx but i want a graphics card this time i round which shutdown on the vanilla kernel! OK sleep i'm not too bothered, would be nice but not going to be greatly disappointed if i can't just shutdown. Can anyone post a success story with the card or recommend me (with vanilla kernel) I don't care how much it costs as long as it works!
