Ardman
Hi all, I've installed iATKOS v2.0i and everything is working correctly. In the installation options I chose the 9.2.2 Kernel from the Stock Files option. Is this a "vanilla" kernel? Or is it a hacked kernel? I noticed that there was a ToH kernel but I didn't use that. Is there a command that I can run to find out? Thanks in advance Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/115810-iatkos-v20i-kernel-help/ Share on other sites
joevslc
run uname -r at the command line in Terminal to find out what kernel you are running. When I run this with either the 9.2.2 option from the iATKOS install or after installing the vanilla kernel I get the same result: 9.2.2 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/115810-iatkos-v20i-kernel-help/#findComment-819830 Share on other sites

When I look at the Kalyway 10.5.3 Comboupdater it actually says vanilla kernel 9.3 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/115810-iatkos-v20i-kernel-help/#findComment-819862 Share on other sites
