xxsashixx Posted July 13, 2008 Share Posted July 13, 2008 I'm running a P4 2.4GHZ @ 3.2GHZ 2GB Ram Using IDE HDDs. The IDE controller works fine out-of-the-box but the problem is the speed. I can't seem to find any drivers for this chipset > VIA P4M900 / VT8237A. I tried using the AppleVIAATA driver, but it doesn't seem to improve disk performance.
