Scorpio123
Hi there, i'm successfully running MAC OS X Leopard 10.5.2 Leo4Allv3 on an SSE2 Intel Centrino Solo HP dv1000 laptop. I have the ToH 9.2.0 Speedstep kernel installed, but I don't think im actually benefitting from it to be honest... My laptop still runs quite hot after a while, with the fan on very often - which leads to quite a poor battery life as you can imagine.... Am i supposed to be doing something else? I don't seem to be running any extra apps or anything... I heard there's a speedstep app or something, but as far as i know, i'm not using it lol... Would that be the solution then? Sorry for the stupidity, but im not very knowledgeable on Speedstep. lol Thanks for your help!
