liquidoblivion
I setup a computer for a friend and loaded it with Kalaway 10.5.2. Everything seemed to work fine, but now just about everytime he starts the computer it will stop at the osx startup screen with a little dialog that says you need to reboot the computer. Sometimes it will boot up fine after that and sometimes he says it will do that 5 or 6 times before it finally starts OSX. What might be going on here?? Sometimes he says it will start up 1st time. Why so random? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/115252-reboot-at-startup-kalyway-1052/ Share on other sites
plutopluto
I have the same problemIt says "you need to restart the computer", i thought it might still be a a hardware or driver problemFor sometime I can boot with -f fine, sometime i have to restart once (to boot twice) to get into leopard, today i can't get in with -f but can get in normally through dual boot. After I install a driver for sound card, it just won't let me in. Just randomly, randomly it may let me into safe mode. Wonder whether someone know what the solution could be?and I have Jas OSx10.5.2 on a Intel 945GM chip Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/115252-reboot-at-startup-kalyway-1052/#findComment-816196 Share on other sites
