sk_ltran
Motherboard: Asus M2N SLI Deluxe (nForce 560) RAM: 2GB CPU: Athlon X2 5200+ Videocard: Nvidia Geforce 7600GT Using the 9.2.2 kernel, I can get the install to go through completely but when the install finishes and the OS tries to boot up, it stops at the network interface detection part (with 9.2.2 kernel). Using the 9.2.0 kernel, I get a kernel panic when the OS tries to boot. I tried changing several options in the 'Customize' portion of the install with no luck. Tried various network drivers (I believe I'm supposed to use forcedeth), but that's probably not the cause. I installed it on the first partition of my HDD (Vista on partition 2 and a storage volume on partition 3). Anyone have an idea of what's wrong or what I need to do to get it working? Should I try a different release? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/115148-amd-athlon-x2-leo4all-v3-install-ok-but-cant-boot/ Share on other sites
