HackBook Pro
In system profiler, under "Memory", it says "No Information Found." But under "Hardware", and "About This Mac", it says 2 GB. Menu meters, says I have 2GB of RAM. What could be wrong w/ system profiler? My system stats are in my sig (HackBook Pro). I had pc_efi installed, installed chameleon (too see if it worked), but then re-installed pc_efi (because I like it better), could that be the problem? And how do I fix it? Thanks. earlboy
Try installing the AppleSMBios.kext from netkas or macdotnub. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/114932-memory-error-in-system-profiler/#findComment-814080 Share on other sites
HackBook Pro
That fixed it! Or, rather, the AppleSMBIOS.kext was missing from the Extensions folder. And, before installing 10.5.4, I made a backup of my extensions, so I just copyed back the backup (from iATKOS 2.0i), and now it's working correctly.
