Baudouin
I would suggest to start by doing some research on the site and you will find the realizations from other pionneers who succeed, like nervouschimp in this thread : http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...4525&st=560 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/114917-mac-pro-stock-case-mod/#findComment-814490 Share on other sites
Genius blog
Yea I saw their work and want to achieve something like that My system's gonna be pretty cooled, with coolers for the harddrives, GPU, and CPU all decked out (not watercooling though). Should I go with watercooling? Current system costs for cooling right now is about... $150 including fans. I'm trying to create a pretty quiet system, using nexus fans (unless someone has a better recommendation). Second issue, should I mount the motherboard and align the PCI ports and figure out the space of the extensions later, or should I mount the mobo near the front like nervous chimp and create extensions for everything?
