herschen Posted July 5, 2008 Share Posted July 5, 2008 I have a PCChips P53G with a VIA VT8237 Sata Controller (5372 in Device Manager). iATKOS doesn't recognize my Seagate 400GB SATA hard drive. So I need to know a few things...please. Is my SATA controller incompatible? If it isn't, how would I change my SATA in the BIOS to AHCI? My BIOS is AMI BIOS and all I see is IDE or RAID (I've tried installing iATKOS with both settings). Is my hard drive compatible? And would Kalway give me the same problem?
