coolied Posted July 6, 2008 Share Posted July 6, 2008 If iAKTOS R3 is 10.5.2 based, install the Leopard Graphics Update from Apple's web site; and then try the nvinject kext (also make sure you're setting the permissions correctly on the extensions, use "kext helper b7" to aid in this); if it's 10.5.3 or 10.5.4 nvinject won't work; try downloading nvkush as it works in 10.5.3 - don't install Leopard Graphics Update on 10.5.3; it's already there. And word of advice, help would come faster if your thread title was "8500GT 1GB Not Working!" instead of "OK How the hell.."; as that won't really get you much attention.
