lapo3399
I have Kalyway Leopard 10.5.2 installed and running well on a Dell Dimension 5150, but now I have a problem: disk utility and get info both say that my main volume (where Leopard is installed) is completely full, down to the last byte. As well, due to the misidentification of available disk space, Leopard won't allow anything to be copied to or created on this Volume, even though there is actually disk space available (I have checked this by deleting a couple of movies with no visible effect). This was visible when I started using my computer this morning. Last night I installed a few applications, downloaded some stuff using DownThemAll in Firefox, and started downloading a large (6 GB) torrent in Transmission. Transmission did remind me that I had little disk pace left and that the installation would be stopped before I filled the entire disk if I continued, but I was tired and just wanted to start the download without freeing disk space (I had about 2 GB free space at that time, and the torrent wasn't downloading quickly). I have also verified the disk and disk permissions in disk utility. I hope someone can help me with this... Thanks! Edit: I just noticed that I can't drag icons around in Finder or on the dock. Maybe this has something to do with OS X being confused by lack of room for swap files or something, I don't know. Mice
I have this issue too... About 3GB of my main hd just gone! Repair permissions, scripts maintenance, nothing get me back this free space... Is there any program to cleanup HD?
