Guest iPod Hacka Posted July 2, 2008 Share Posted July 2, 2008 I have a Dell Inspiron 9200 (Laptop), and I plugged a monitor into it. How can I get dual display? razerbug Posted July 2, 2008 Share Posted July 2, 2008 Assuming you've got the right drivers installed (I have nVidia card so I can't help you there I'm afraid) you should have a detect display button in your display settings (in your system preferences) which will then allow you to see both the monitors and chose where dock/menu bar goes This didn't work when I didn't have the right drivers installed (didn't have a detect display button) but once I had installed them both monitors came to life right away... so if your having problems I would guess it could be a driver issue.
