catraska Posted July 1, 2008 Share Posted July 1, 2008 hola a todos!! tengo una duda sobre el kernel ke tengo ke usar. mi procesador es un intel quad core Q6600 con el kernel original solo me deja entrar si tipeo cpus=1 si instalo el kernel de modbin funciona sin cpus=1 bien pero en about this mac me dice? processor: 2,4 Ghz Unknown tambien tengo problemas al apagar la pc, se apaga el monitor pero la pc no. graxias!!! Derty Posted July 1, 2008 Share Posted July 1, 2008 baja el kernel de aqui, el de tu version http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=102868 y utiliza la herramienta osx86tools para cambiarlo, tal vez esta mal tu smbios, porque el micro debería ir bien, con vanilla. catraska Posted July 2, 2008 Author Share Posted July 2, 2008 he intentado cambiar el smbios puse el: (Default (Recommended) - No further modifications) y tambien intente con los kernel de vanilla 9.2.2-9.2.3 y ninguno entra solo funcionan con cpus=1 tambien me di cuenta ke si tipeo "update -v" funcionan los 4 cores saludos!! catraska Posted July 2, 2008 Author Share Posted July 2, 2008 alo bueno no entendi la pregunta de si carga los controladores. ahora estoy haciendo una instalacion limpia con el dvd kalyway 10.5.2 al instalar selecciono: kernel_vanilla_922 AppleSMBIOS-27-800 al reiniciar solo puedo entrar con cpus=1 luego updateo a la vercion kalyway 10.5.3 combo update luego el kernel 9.3 kernel vanilla al reiniciar tipeo update -v y entra todo ok al reiniciar de nuevo solo entra con update -v o cpus=1 aca imagenes del bios: imagen1 imagen2 imagen3 imagen4 imagen5 saluts! mac_cute Posted July 2, 2008 Share Posted July 2, 2008 ¿Q6600?...¿Pues debería correr el vanilla no?.Parece que fuera un ajuste del BIOS de la placa.Igual,prueba descargando el AppleSMBIOS28 Si es el combo update de kaly,como que parece que algunas veces no actualiza el kernel.Por lo menos en el foro hay ese problema o no sé si hacen bien el procedimiento...
