digerati
I have had Leo4all 10.5.2 installed for a while. I have had no audio or networking since install. I was looking here http://code.google.com/p/iwidarwin/ to install the intel 2200bg driver for wireless, and I installed the wrong one. I installed the driver for 10.4 and it froze after install where it says reboot. So I had to power down holding the power button and now it will not boot, seems to panic, looks lot like this http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?act...ost&id=7074 So I followed instructions on removeing the driver rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/iwi* reboot and it still will not boot to a gui, seems to panic, Im a noob, any ideas? I want to avoid a reinstall and try the correct driver. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/113234-will-not-boot-now/ Share on other sites

digerati
I had trouble rebooting and then I realized that you just meant to reboot and use the boot option -x to go into safe mode and then reboot and choose -f as a boot option. Oh and I also mistyped iwi2200.kext so on first attempt I failed to get rid of it. Thanks guys Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/113234-will-not-boot-now/#findComment-802938 Share on other sites
