Hi, i recently got into the whole mac on X86 hardware, I figured i would check it out. I downloaded and burned Kalaway 10.5.1. So i put the bootdisk in my drive and typed -v for Diagnosic bootup. I almost get to the install screen and i get this SAM Multimedia Error. I recently have been googling the issue and it points to my DVD burn. But im not sure... I burned Kalaway 10.5.1 on IMAGEBURN at 2.4X speed. Im still not sure if its my DVD but i burned it again at a slower speed.

Ive been trying to format my HD so apple installer locates it and i can install, Ive tryed LIVECD Gnome or whatever and i get almost the same error but its diffrent it says Cdrom_Decode_status {Drive Ready Seek Complete Error }. Im using a Samsung Ts-H552 Its a DVDRW. Ive never had a problem with it ive tryed switching out my cdrom drive and i get the same error. I think its my IDE setup but i dont know what to do because ive tryed everything My setup is IDE HDD (Master) CDROM DVDRW (Slave). Ive unhooked my sata drive so it will install to my IDE drive, but the error keeps coming up ugghh..!
