Picture from my hotel in monaco/niece

Why are colors so vivid? Photoshop you might think but no. My secret is Circular polarizer and extremely underexposing the picture.

I will be uploading alot of pics of paris and monaco and some other miscelenous Europe pics I took back in 2005

Camera Used: Canon Rebel 300D

Excellent shot, great composition! I like the circular polarizer effect. I just might have to get one for my Rebel XT. What lens did you use?

Thank you very much :)

Not sure what lens I used, I think a signma 18-55, check the exif on that file, it will tell you there.

And the circular polarizer is a must aspecualy when its sunny, it turns the sky blue, brings out the clouds, removes any glare from windows or water so you can see right tru. Also I suggest you either shoor RAW or under expose in JPEG mode, its a trick I learned when I used to shoot with an SLR using VELVIA 50 ISO, you would under expose the pictures and the colors would be outstanding! Do some google search for velvia 50ISO shots, you will be amazed.
