Textmate crash

Hello,

 

I use MacFUSE + Fusion gui to mount ssh dir to local fs. This works kinda ok, mounts it to /Volumes/mount_name (but doesn't show up in finder devices section). Now, the real question

 

When I try to create new project and add large folde (not so in mb size, but in number of smaller files... about 3-4k) which is located on that ssh mounted dir "/Volumes/mount_name", textmate freezes and after few min only option is "kill pid" or force quit.

 

Any way to fix this?

 

Somewhere I read that textmate makes "deep copy" (whatever that means) of files/folders added to project and if it takes too much time to do this copy it will crash or stop responding.
