Hey gang I went back to mac all the way, I have my 3 month old inspiron 1420 with:

 

Core 2 duo t5500 1.67GHZ

 

160gig harddrive

 

2gigs 667 ddr2 ram

 

14" hd lcd

 

Nvidia 8400m GS 128 GDDR3

 

8X dl dvdrw drive

 

Both dell 3945 abg, AND 1390g wirless installed (Wireless does work)

I have been running osx86 10.5.1 with all video and sound working. However with the video kexts installed it does not shut down correctly SEE macgirls posts. Also sound will not work at startup unless you sleep the machine which I just close the lid for a few seconds and BINGO BOBS YOUR UNCLE, SOUND.

 

I have been using this to play WOW, and needless to say it has been awsome.
