Still waiting for root device... - Dell Dimension 8300

Hello All.

 

I am using iATKOS_v1.0ir2. I installed to 'Disk1s2', Managed to boot into it via rd=disk1s2 for the first time after installation, set it all up and had a play, Then I shut my PC down. Now, When I try to boot into that partition with the -x command I get 'still waiting for root device' and without the -x command, I get a circle with a line through it. Please advise me on what to do!

Dell Dimension 8300

DVD-RW Drive (Set as slave)

1 x SATA Drive

1 x IDE HDD (Set as master)

USB Mouse

PS/2 Keyboard

1.75GB RAM

ATi HD2600 PRO 512MB AGP
