timmy2960 Posted June 22, 2008 Share Posted June 22, 2008 After a successful install, I get problems some specs: AMD Athlon dual core 2.1ghz 2gb ram intergrated nvidia 6150 SE 160GB SATA hd desktop computer Leo4All v3. Stops at "localhost kextd[10]: IOKitWaitQuiet() timed out waiting to write kernel symbols" Not really stops.. I get "localhost configd[46]: InterfaceNamer: no network interfaces, could not update platform UUID" after IOKitWait..... Earlier during boot, I think NVInject had some problems. Styxie Posted June 22, 2008 Share Posted June 22, 2008 Boot with -s type: mount -uw / rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/GeForce.kext rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/Ge*.kext rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/NV*.kext exit This will uninstall the Nvidia drivers, and leave you with a fixed 1024x768 resolution, but at least you can boot into Leopard. I used Leo4All to install everything but apparently the card wasn't supported by what I chose. Any help thar?
