pritthish Posted June 21, 2008 Share Posted June 21, 2008 Well, I have an installed and working copy of Kalyway 10.5.2, dualboot with Vista using Darwin Bootloader, no EFI. However, USBs dont seem to work on the machine... OSX does not detect when i plug in an external mouse or keyboard, and it does not detect my Sony Ericsson K750i via USB as well... However, if i reboot my computer and plug in the keyboard or mouse before darwin comes up, then i can use them properly... Any idea why this is happening? On an unrelated note, do you recommend installing EFI? especially since I am dual booting with vista? If yes, how do I install it without having to reinstall OSX? System: Kalyway 10.5.2, Dell Inspiron 1525, 1GB RAM, Intel GMA965 (using x3100 kexts) Thanks in advance!
