serj
Having done many installs of osx86 by now I haven't figured out only one thing that keeps bugging me from time to time. How do you install software under "Customize" button onto already working OS X system. I'm guessing it is something simple that I just can't find...but I don't know what it is Thanks in advance! SticMAC™
I remember, one of JAS's DVD you could uncheck the "Base install" and only mark the addons as you wanted! With most if not all of the new installs this option is disabled ! If you need something off a DVD you need to get software that show your system's hidden files, mount the dvd and look in the System/Installation/Packages folder for the PKG you want or need! serj
Thanks! This worked, for some reason I thought that OS X DVD had just a one massive image file. Once again shell and trusty "cp" show me the way Thanks again!
