Jearoon
Hey peeps, Basically I've purchased a microphone recently for recording music etc on my macbook. It's plugged into the audio input, and at first I didn't think it worked because you really have to crank the input volume to max and even then it's very soft. The other issue is that anything recorded with this mic only comes out of one speaker. So if i put headphones in I can only hear anything in the left speaker. I'm guessing this is a mono/stereo issue. So my question is, if I get the iMic (or anything similar, I'm up for recommendations), will these problems be resolved? In fact, in the long term I'm looking at getting a mixing desk, which I'm guessing will definitely solve them? But for the mean time, I'm hoping an iMic will do the trick. Thanks in advance for help!
