jl8080
Boot OSX using the -v flag (verbose mode) and report back Edit: Slightly off topic, but check the wiki - Aspire 5920 Core2Duo 5550 1.83ghz / 3GB DDR / 250GB SATA2 / X3100 Graphics / 15.4" 1280x800 * Kalyway 10.5.2 (Kernel/kext Fixed, both at 9.2.0 now) * X3100 Video Working w/Leopard Graphics Update (CI/QE A-OK) * Realtek Audio Working OOB * USB Working w/USB Fix 1.2a * 3945abg NOT WORKING * Broadcom Ethernet NOT WORKING (Linksys USB200M Working w/USB Network Patch) ie. You wont be able to get internet without an additional USB device, unless your 5920g has a different ethernet/wifi card which is supported Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/111063-os-x-hangs-at-the-grey-apple-screen/#findComment-786724 Share on other sites
