touch hacker Posted June 17, 2008 Share Posted June 17, 2008 ok i have an hp dv6226us laptop pentium processor i used the iATKOS file torrent and burnt it to a DATA DVD at 4x Speed i shut down the laptop, with the cd in it, and turned it on and NOTHING! it just boots VISTA like normal. idk what happend.. did i have to burn it at lower speeds? to an image/video file insteal of data? pleaseeee help mee i really want to get leopard AND vista up and running today yeah i already portioned the hard drive for the new osx and vista it just wont run!!!\ please hep me! Acidic Posted June 17, 2008 Share Posted June 17, 2008 you have to specify the boot priority. im not too familiar with hp bios, but usually you can press f12 to select what to boot on. Or press del (or what ever it says) to go into the bios and make sure that the cd boots before the internal hd.
