Bibinson
So with the PC card drivers, my PCMCIA Buffalo card is recognized as a network adapter, but nothing happens. I tried installing the IOxperts 802.11 drivers to no avail. The funny thing is that this card is advertised to work with OSX natively with no extra software. It also works fine on the windows side. I would suspect that the bastardized installation is causing the adapter to not function properly. This is a common problem on modified install DVD's because solutions are provided to resolve problems which while they may work are not properly implemented. I can say this card worked on my Sony VAIO using the apple retail install but failed to work when I used the kalyway install.
