cromas
I'm unable to listen to previews on the iTunes Music Store, or authorize my computer to listen to music I purchased with iTunes on my PC. I get a keychain error, and it tells me to run KeyChain First Aid. When I do, I get the following: Repair started Checking keychain configuration for xxx (user ID=501) Home directory is /Users/cromas Checked login keychain Checked default keychain Checked contents of ~/Library/Keychains/login.keychain Error: /System/Library/Keychains/X509Anchors could not be found. Without it, many applications will be unable to establish secure network connections. Unable to restore /System/Library/Keychains/X509Anchors. You will need to manually copy it from another machine, or reinstall the system software. Warning: some problems were not fixed Repair failed Any ideas? marliwahoo
I had a similar problem with podcasts. They would not download or play. Turns out I didn't have itunes pointed at the right iTunes library. Check in iTunes preferences/advanced/general/itunesMusicFolderLocation. It may help. I deleted my iTunes library and had it start a new one...no dice. What is yours set to? cromas
I deleted my iTunes library and had it start a new one...no dice. What is yours set to? I got the X509 files from my 10.4.3 volume -- but something is still messed up. It's basically authorzing me over and over, so I've used up all five of my authorizations, but I still can't listen to previews or purchased music. When I try to, it says there was not enough memory...except I have a gig, so that's not true. WTF. cromas
I suppose it could be...but I haven't seen reports from anyone else having trouble using the iTunes music store. Has anyone?
