Is this build good enough for OSX?

Are these parts good enough to run OSX on it prefferably vanilla so it'll

be able to update without worry. I'm only worried about the mobo, but

if it's something else that's fine. I posted a link to the wishlist for details

on the parts. I just wanna keep the cost around (mainly under) $1000.
