Hi there. Seeing as I have failed in my attempts to find a solution for my USB ethernet adapter, I decided to pull a PCI card out of an older computer and insert it in my computer specifically for use with my Kalyway system - 3Com Etherlink XL PCI (3C900-COMBO). I was aware that 3Com adapters were generally compatible with Hackintosh systems but the card fails to be detected properly by my Kalyway 10.5.2 system, and in verbose mode I keep on seeing these lines, which I assume, indicates a problem:

Apple3Com3c90x mapHardwareRegister failed

Apple3Com3c90xB mapHardwareRegister failed

If someone could give me a solution or any relevant information regarding this problem, it will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance :) (I have typed up some of my system configuration below if it helps).

Kind regards,

Livio.
