Raed S
Hi all, I'm a 10 years Windows user (I'm not 10 years old I used Windows for the past 10 years ), I wanted to explore Linux and Apple OS X. So I got this new laptop to experiment with. The Laptop is Asus X80N Processor & Cache Memory: AMD Turion™ 64 X2 Dual-Core Mobile Chipset: NVIDIA nForce® 610M Main Memory: 1GB DDR2 667 MHz SDRAM Video Graphics & Memory: NVIDIA NVIDIA® GeForce® 7000M Hard Drive: SATA 120GB,5400rpm Full Specification in this link. I downloaded Kalyway_Leopard_10.5.2_DVD_Intel_Amd The normal boot didn't work, so I tried safemode by typing "-x" but the Disk Utility can't see my Hard Disk After searching this forum I know it's something to do with SATA. First of all is Kalyway the right choice for me? How can I get this the Disk Utility to see my Hard Disk and the partition in it? I hope I posted in the right place...
