Hi There,

I've been all over google today to try and find an answer to my problem. There are dozens of posts all over the internet with people having similar problems, but no solutions offered. Here's my situation.

I downloaded Kalyway 10.5.1 over bittorrent, and burned the image to a DVD-R using PowerISO. My machine loads the DVD fine, and I get to the "boot:" prompt with a reference to my hard drive and OSX above it. I've tried loading it using all of the following options with the same result, my system just reboots before the GUI starts: -f -s -x -v. I threw together a generic box for this purpose, and without being able to crack it open (I'm at work right now) I have the following specs:

Intel P4 HT 2.8GHz

1 GB RAM

Intel Chipset mobo (it was already in the HP case I used for this project)

2 IDE Hard Drives (80GB and 40GB) with the 80 set to master and 40 to slave.

DVD Drive

CD-RW Drive

PS/2 Mouse and Keyboard

I'm at a total loss, and any help you can offer would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks!
