witjojo
I wanted to try installing Leopard 10.5.2 on my Computer, i's a Asus PC-DL Deluxe Board with 2 Xeon 3,06 GHz Cpus (only SSE2) but once the black/white text comes (1/4 second) the computer reboots! I think it's a Kernel problem! I think i need a Kernel with SSE2 support. What must i do? I tested some OS X86 Releases and some Kernels, but every time the same problem! The installation DVD is starting, i press F8, select different Kernels and tested some option switches (-v -x -f -s cpus=1). I press the enter Button and after 1/4 second the PC is taking a REBOOT (i can't read the messages so fast). What is the Problem? One time before i installed Tiger and it worked! krystal
Trying to install Leo4All v5 Server on a ASUS PC-DL Deluxe with dual Xeon 2.8GHz processors and 3GB RAM. Installation goes well until reboot ... seems to try to load but then reboots. I have no SSE3 support on this board/cpu configuration but SSE2 is supported. The chipset is ICH5R and HDD/DVD are both SATA (Promise). Can anyone suggest anything to get it installed?
