pat223 Posted June 12, 2008 Share Posted June 12, 2008 My computer: CPU: E8400 3.0 Ghz MoBo: Gigabyte P35-DS4 Memory: 4gb PC-6400 Video Card: XFX - Nvidia 8800gt 512mb I am very new at OSx86, so please excuse any noobish language. This is the first time trying to put any mac OS on a pc. I got 10.5.1 installed. On my first attempt, I put the video driver as nvinject, a sound driver (for the ds3), and the boot loader as MBR. On startup it got to the gray apple and the restart message appeared. My second try was vanilla kernal and MBR only. On boot it got hung up at the gray apple.
