Decon Posted June 9, 2008 Share Posted June 9, 2008 I have searched high and low for answers and have not been able to make any progress. Basically here is the problem. I am trying to install OSX onto a 939dual sataII using a sata2 drive. NOT IDE or sata.. but sata2. I can boot up the install dvd just fine and can make it as far as the "choose your disk" screen and that is where my problems begin. My drive will not show up. I have edited kexts.. and i have edited mkext.. done the whole permissions thing etc.. and still no dice. Anyone have any answers on how to make this setup work? A millions thanks in advance.
