cesar carlevarino Posted June 9, 2008 Share Posted June 9, 2008 hello to everyone knows I want to install this version of leopard Kalyway 10.5.2 DVD Intel_Amd (sse2/sse3), the issue is that this record has too many drivers and installed with several of them marked in my computer, it seems to me everything was going well, AND them i see that the system was installed correctly, came good when reboot without the disc left the apple logo spinning down the things that, and suddenly stopped tumble and froze there, I do not have a kernel panic because i dint see that picture with several languages, only the spinning thing and a corner of the screen the pointer black and disappeared, I would like someone to help me choose either the drivers, and erasing to start from scratch with the specifications you give me , please help me here is the Technical specifications of my laptop. computer: ACPI x86 - based pc display adapters: Mobile Intel ® 965 Express Chipset Family network: intel ® WiFi wireless link AGN 4965 Realtek RTL8101E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet Nic (NDIS 6.0) Processors: Intel ® Core ™ 2 duo Cpu T5450@1.66 GHRz Intel ® Core ™ 2 duo Cpu T5450@1.66 GHRz Sound and video game controllers: Sigma Telhigh Definition Audio CODEC 2 gb of memory you know what are the drivers that come with the leopard Kalyway 10.5.2 DVD Intel_Amd (sse2/sse3) hope their prompt assistance thanks in advance Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/109664-helppp-me-pleaseee-kalyway-10-52/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
Tommy Posted June 9, 2008 Share Posted June 9, 2008 You might want to reboot it with -v flag to see the actually error (press F8 at Darwin loader). Without those information, we are limit to what we can suggest a fix. nesalang Posted October 14, 2008 Share Posted October 14, 2008 I think it has something to do with your graphic drivesr. press f8, type -s then, type mount -uw/ type /removevideodrivers it will prompt you to type yes or no. type yes to nvidia and ati since you don't have them. say no to intel and it should take care of it.
