I want to install OS X on my Laptop but I don't even know if I can(compatability.) If I give the make and model of my computer could you tell me if I will run into problems? I tried to search the forum but came up empty handed. If there is a thread on this computer model could you please show me or if not... How in the world do I do this conversion? lolI have a Gateway MX3417. It's about a year old. I bought it right before XP came out to keep from having to deal with its {censored}. I'm very ignorant when it comes to this OSX86 stuff, so i apologize if my advice is unhelpful. The best thing you can do is try multiple releases of OSX86 provided by the community and post your results, and any problems you may have.
