yuppiebenchmark Posted June 6, 2008 Share Posted June 6, 2008 been reading into this OSx86 project and i think i'm ready to give it a try. i think i'm gonna run into trouble, because two peices of my hardware are not listed under the Supported list in wiki. heres my computer: Gigabyte GA-P31-S3G Motherboard (Intel P31 Chipset) Intel Core Duo 2.33Ghz (1333FSB/Conroe) eVGA 9600GT (512MB) WD 240gig SATA150(7,200rpm 16mb cache) x2 G. Skill Dual Channel DDR2 1066 (2Gigs) Plextor 16x/48x DVD+-RW SATA150 Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS Seasonic 500W Power Supply LIAN LI PC-G70B Full-Tower ViewSonic 19" VP191b LCD Monitor according to wiki... i dont see any support for my mobo or vid card. i'm d/ling the "kalway leo 10.5.1 release. it'll be installed on a clean HD with nothing else on it. i was wondering if anyone had any advice, things i might try if i run into problem, things i should do before installing?
