Indigo iMac
I downloaded XxX OS x86 10.4.11 and burnt the first disc to DVD. I then booted the DVD and it boots and puts writing on a command line like thing , and then it puts "waiting for root device" and won't go any further. What do I do? DONNYTEN
Interesting. This waiting for boot device was resolved for a particular install dvd when someone suggested i changed dvd rom drives. and it worked. So if you have a spare dvd rom drive, hook it up and try installing wit that one.
