SticMAC™ Posted June 3, 2008 Share Posted June 3, 2008 I had to change my controller setting in the BIOS from RAID to AHCI, you can check if you have similar settings in yours and see which one works for you!? You might have to reboot once or twice! bigboy_j Posted June 4, 2008 Author Share Posted June 4, 2008 couldnt find a setting like that to change, its not either of the harddrives because i have disabled each and it didnt do any good. any other ideas? nthn Posted June 4, 2008 Share Posted June 4, 2008 I'm in the same situation. It was recommended by a tutorial to try a different release. I tried Leo4All v3 and get the same bloody problem. I've also tried all combinations of -v, -x, -legacy, cpus=1.. as again, instructed by a tutorial. no luck. Same when disabling SATA, LAN, etc. Of course, my thread has been overlooked and is halfway down the second page, now. So I'll watch yours to see if you're given any help.
