Jeremy_
Dear Osx86 Community, Recently, I've been researching on how to build a hackintosh setup of my own and was wondering if you guys wouldn't mind answering a few of my questions. First, let me give you an idea of what I'm trying to build. My idea is to have a box that can take at least 4 RCA video input's in at once along with a feed from an analog mixer. The box would capture these feeds to the hard drive simultaneously or have a digital switcher that can switch between each feed and outputs one stream. My question is, what would be my best bet in terms of motherboard, soundboard, graphics cards, processor, etc. for this type of setup? I would assume multiple graphics cards would be needed. Would this be something that a setup based on the Shuttle SG31G2 could handle or are there better options? I have a great deal of the setup figured out I just would like some opinions on what components would be my best bet for this type of rig. Jeremy_
To make this a bit easier. What are my options for video cards/tv tuner cardsthat have good component. Also, what motherboard/processor/etc would you reccomend in general for this type of setup?
