I just followed the instruction of "THE MAN", with a second drive with 10.4.3 installed. Some old kext's are needed, though (IONetworkingFamily.kext, AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer.kext and IOATAFamily.kext). I definitely recommend the installation. It just feels more like the "original". urig-herb Posted March 3, 2006 Share Posted March 3, 2006 USB work's perfectly with 10.4.4 and 10.4.5? please anyone answer this. I have an USB cardreader which plugs in directly on the mainboard USB connector. It's integrated USB port works, but not the cardreader. This did work under 10.4.3. My other USB hardware works (printer, keyboard, mouse, speakers, hard drive). Edit: So, maybe we need an older USB related kext from 10.4.3? But which one? There are many...
