Hi all,

I've got a fully functioning 10.4.1 system on a 915 Intel Chipset ASUS MB. I've just taken delivery of my CoreDuo mac mini and cloned the drive to a second hard drive using the Disk Utility software, and it shows up in my Startup Drive system prefs pane. It doesn't boot however.

Does anyone have a list of the patches I'd need to apply to this 10.4.5 install to make it boot? I have both HDs in the machine at the moment, so I can make changes in 10.4.1 and try booting into 4.5 without screwing up my machine... so any thoughts?

Thanks,

jay

The DMCA hits us over the head when we link to Maxxuss (something I'd like to challenge in court if I had the means).

Use whatever searching methods you can for "maxxuss anti tpa 10.4.5" and see if any of the links pan out. Hint: max has a .com that still is up when I checked earlier today... maxxussDOTcom

He will explain getting from 10.4.4 (which should be the version of the CD you get with the Mini) to a decrypted 10.4.5. It will need a fair amount of terminal-mode (UNIX command like) work.

I definitely support your efforts to get Apple's mitts out of your system. TPM in an Apple computer is, well more shocking than the Intel processor.
